Schedule a Group Visit

*2024 November Group Visits are full*

To request a Group Visit, please email visit@plu.edu with the following information: Group Name, Grade of Students, Total Number of Students & Chaperones and a list of three potential dates.

We do not offer group visits during December. We only offer Admission Presentations and Self-Guided Tours during January.

The Office of Admission offers group visits to middle school, high school, church youth groups, and other organizations on selected Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. A group visit includes an admission presentation and a campus tour (either student-led or self-guided).

Before scheduling a group visit, please read through the following PLU Group Visit Policies. If you have questions about a special group visit, modified schedules, alternative program options, etc. please contact our office at visit@plu.edu

You are welcome to eat on campus in our main dining hall or campus market either before or after your campus visit. Please note, they take credit/debit cards only. If you are interested in eating on campus, we can provide contact information upon request. PLU does not provide lunches.

    Group Visit Policies

    • You must request a group visit at least three weeks in advance.
    • Student-led tours are limited to no more than 30 participants.
    • Allow at least 2 hours for your campus visit. All visits include a 15 minute check-in window, a 30 minute admission presentation with an Admission Counselor, and an hour long campus tour/self guided tour.
    • Each group must provide 1 chaperone for every 10 students. Chaperones must be 20 years of age or older. If you are unable to meet the chaperone requirement, self-guided tour materials will be made available instead.
